A management discipline, act by act

Regular monitoring

Scheduled visits to your property (weekly, fortnightly or monthly). HD photos and videos at every visit. Checks on general condition, leaks, intrusions, meters, garden. Report sent within 24 h.

Preventive & corrective maintenance

Everyday repairs: plumbing, electrics, painting, locksmithing. Coordination of tradespeople. Systematic quote before any intervention (except emergencies). Photo follow-up until completion.

Full rental management

Sourcing and selecting reliable tenants. Lease drafting, entry and exit inventories. Rent collection and payment tracking. Handling of claims and departures.

Monthly reporting

A complete report each month: photos, property condition, rent collected, expenses, alerts. PDF or WhatsApp format as you prefer. Video call available.
